NIGERIAN ACTRESS TO BE HONOURED BY KINSMEN


Popular Nigerian Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade- Ekeinde is set to be honored by the traditional council of the Ondo Kingdom for her outstanding achievement work in the movie industry.

With her incredible and profound work in the movie industry, Omotola has won almost every award that is there to be won in the movie industry within and outside the shores of the country. The only void in her list of honors, which is one from her state of origin, is now on the cards.

The gist reaching WG has it that the traditional council of the Ondo Kingdom has chosen to honor the actress for her brilliant work over the years and also as an illustrious daughter of Ondo State.

Omotola was also named as one of the most influential 100 people in the world by TIME Magazine. Omotola has recently become an advocate for Human rights and only a couple of days she was presented with the Ebony Vanguard Award for her long-standing achievements in acting in Birmingham, United Kingdom, in the presence of leading British film- makers
